Get Admin controlled preferences for team

GET https://api.sisu.co/api/v3/admin/preferences

Returns the team's admin preferences. Response includes:

• links: existing saved dashboard PageLink objects for the team
• link_options: available link choices returned from get_dashboard_link_options (DashboardLink pydantic objects with fields: title, link_type, params). These options include static choices and any active challenges.
• misc_prefs, dashboard_configs, dashboard_settings, transaction_prefs, default_tc_prefs, dashboard_summary_prefs, active_challenges, tooltips, and other admin-level preferences.
