Team form ID (0 or greater) whose configured field order to export columns in.

Comma-separated list of field names (out-of-the-box and/or custom) to restrict exported columns to. Unknown field names are ignored. Omit the param entirely to export the full field set — an empty value exports only the fixed columns. See GET /api/v3/transactions/fields for available field names.

Include Split Dec/Split Inc columns and a totals footer.
