Get transaction form definition and rendered field data

Returns the transaction form definition and, when client_id is provided, the
rendered field values for that transaction. When called without client_id the
form is returned blank and can be used to discover required/optional fields
before a POST.
Deprecated: use GET /api/v3/transactions (blank form) or
GET /api/v3/transactions/{client_id} (existing transaction) instead. This URL
remains functional but will be removed in a future release.

Transaction (client) ID. Omit to retrieve a blank form.

Form variant to load. Defaults to 0 (Transaction Overview). Negative
presets: -1 contact info, -2 key dates, -3 financial, -4 status drawer
(write-back only sends fields present in the request). Call
/api/v3/transaction/forms for team-specific form options.

Pass '1' to skip default form preference resolution.

Quick-date context string passed through to form rendering.
