Add an existing Sisu user to a team. Agent credentials are accepted when the caller is a team admin of the target team. Organization credentials, or agent credentials with the organization-id header supplied when the caller is an organization admin for that org, may add a user if both the target team and at least one of the user's existing teams belong to the same organization. System credentials add without restriction.
