Check-in dashboard. Returns one row per (agent, period) combination within
the requested date range. Rows with no log record have status "Scheduled" if the period's
grace deadline hasn't lapsed yet, otherwise "Missed".
Role defaults: Admin/TC → team scope; Group Coach → coached agents; Agent → self.
Team-level credentials (no agent context) always receive full team scope.
If start_date/end_date are omitted, all periods are returned (no default date restriction).
